Our loan interest rate is 10% on a reducing balance. However, we have other products like Sugarcane under special projects which are given at the rate of 5% on a reducing balance due to existing partnership with other stakeholders.

It depends on the loan amount that you have applied for since there are small scale, and Large scale loans. For small scale loans, we are committed to 6 days from the day of loan application, and 10 days from the date of loan application for Large scale loans. 

Not at all. The process will be seamless since most of the details are already in our custody.

We have other forms of securities such as Debentures, Bank Guarantees and Cash Deposits which are however only available in Risk Sharing Facilities.

Not Really. We encourage our clients to clear the outstanding loans before applying for new ones. This is because the Corporation largely operates on revolving funds, and therefore if loans are repaid in time, then more lending funds are available.

Yes, you can provided that the requisite legal instruments supporting the same are duly executed.

Our loans can go up to a maximum of 60 months, but this is strictly determined by the nature of products being financed. However, the ordinary repayment period for most of our products are at 36 months.

There’s no cap on the maximum loan. However, the determination of the loan amount depends on the business proposal presented by the client, ability to implement the proposed project and the loan repayment capacity.

The Corporation as experienced lenders have elaborate mechanisms to cushion clients from such incidences as and when they occur. Project inspection is carried out to ascertain the root cause of the project failure, thereafter mitigation measures are prescribed depending on the results of the findings.
