The AGRI3 fund is a synchronized financial facility that seeks to mobilize public and private capital, including commercial banks and development finance institutions (DFIs), to steer development by combating deforestation, promoting reforestation, contributing to efficient sustainable agricultural production and value chains, reducing carbon emissions, and improving rural livelihoods. It also guarantees financial institutions and makes subordinated loans to de-risk and catalyze transactions.

 Following  the investor conference, the Agri3 fund suggested collaborating  with the corporation to  develop Framework to validate Warehouse Receipt financing products, suppport the design of AFC transformation strategy, risk-sharing facility for warehouse receipt financing. Technical assistance and assistance in the implementation of the RK-FINFA Project on behalf of AFC.
